Should you require the free search to be done you may send a request at info@absoluteips.com with your complete details along with the trade mark and the class(es) in which it is to be searched [or you may provide us with the description of goods/services], or in the alternative you may fill up the Query form.

The Search shall be done electronically from the database of the Trade Marks Office and the report shall be sent to you within 3-5 business days. The Search results, though not exhaustive, would give you the preliminary idea of the existence of any conflicting marks.
